Erin Zentz's work experience begins in 2008 as an Assistant Media Planner at The Martin Agency. From there, they worked as a Senior Performance Analyst at LM&O Advertising until 2013. In 2013, they became a Business Analyst at George Washington University. In 2014, they joined AARP as a Senior Web Analyst and later took on roles as a Senior Advisor and Director of Experience Design. Most recently, they have become the Director of Customer Experience at Fluence in 2022.
Erin Zentz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Erin also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, with a focus on American History, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, Erin has acquired various certifications including Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility from UC Berkeley Executive Education, Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) from Forrester, and NPS2 Certified Professional from Satmetrix.
