Fernando Francia, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sales management within the utility scale energy storage sector. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager at Fluence, Fernando previously held the position of Business Development Manager for the Americas at NHOA and contributed to the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association as a member of the Board of Directors. With a strong background in leading business development initiatives and managing multidisciplinary teams while targeting distributed energy resource projects, Fernando has developed expertise in contract negotiation, performance tracking through CRM tools, and technical support for renewable energy solutions. Fernando's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, dual Bachelor's degrees in Global Business and Management from Suffolk University and International Business from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, as well as an MBA from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey.
