German Welz

German Welz has a work experience starting in 1997 with Telefonica as an Ingeniero de Redes IP until 2008. Then, they worked for The AES Corporation as a Senior Network Specialist from 2008 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Fluence as the Principal Network and Security Architect / Cybersecurity Officer since 2018.

German Welz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from ICEI from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2022, DevOps Foundations: Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration from LinkedIn in 2021, and PowerPoint: Eight Easy Ways to Make Your Presentation Stand Out from LinkedIn in 2021.
