Herman Bulls

Herman Bulls is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, finance, and defense policy. Currently serving as International Director and Vice Chairman for the Americas at JLL since 1989, Bulls aids senior executives in addressing complex real estate challenges. Additionally, Bulls holds roles as a Member of the Defense Policy Board for the United States Department of Defense, Vice Chairman of the Board at USAA, and Chairman of the Board at Fluence. Bulls is involved with various organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for Comfort Systems USA, Collegis Education, and Host Hotels & Resorts, as well as being a member of the Board of Governors for the American Red Cross and the Real Estate Advisory Committee for the New York State Teachers' Retirement System. Education includes an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
