Jaclyn Morris

Jaclyn Morris has extensive work experience in accounting and auditing. Jaclyn is currently serving as an Associate Director - Technical Accounting at Fluence since May 2023. Before that, they worked at EY, where they held roles such as Assurance Senior Manager and Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Manager. At EY, they managed multiple engagements, including those with SEC registered Fortune 500 companies. Prior to EY, Jaclyn worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they held positions as an Audit Senior and Audit Assistant. Jaclyn also gained experience as a Tax Intern and Audit Intern at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Throughout their career, Jaclyn has gained expertise in SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, and internal control testing.

Jaclyn Morris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University between 1999 and 2003. Jaclyn later pursued a Master's degree in Accountancy from the same university from 2003 to 2004.
