Jami Iamele Mba

Jami Iamele has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Currently, Jami holds the position of Director of Insurance and Global Risk at Fluence. Prior to this, Jami served as a Program Manager in Global Risk at the same company.

From 2009 to 2021, Jami held multiple roles at CenterPoint Energy. These positions include Manager of Insurance Risk Management, Insurance Operations Manager, Lead Analyst in Insurance Risk Management, Senior Risk Analyst in Enterprise Risk Management, Senior Auditor, and Lead Financial Analyst in the Corporate Strategic Planning group.

Additionally, Jami has experience as an Intern at CenterPoint Energy in 2008, where they performed competitive intelligence analysis and research related to financial processes.

Before joining CenterPoint Energy, Jami worked as a Music Teacher in both the Shawnee Mission School District and the Richardson Independent School District. In these roles, Jami coordinated music education experiences, led extracurricular programs, and organized school programs.

Jami Iamele completed an MBA in Finance and Accounting at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2007-2009. Prior to that, from 1997-2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Vocal Music Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition to their degrees, Jami has obtained the ARM certification from The Institutes and the Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) certification from the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
