Lisa Dickerson

Lisa Dickerson, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over several companies. Lisa most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Fluence, a position they started in July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Global Human Resources Business Partner at Johnson Controls from March 2023 to July 2023. From 2021 to 2023, they held the role of Head of HR for Integrated Ops NA at Kerry Foods. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Clarios from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Fortive, where they held various vice president roles in human resources. Lisa also has experience at Johnson Controls, Teleflex Incorporated, Danaher, Eaton Corporation, and Guardian Industries Corp, where they held roles of increasing responsibility in human resources.

Lisa Dickerson, SPHR holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Capella University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a certificate in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Lisa also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Arkansas. Additionally, they are certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
