Lorie R. has an extensive work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Lorie most recently worked at Fluence as the Global Director of Procurement for Indirect Materials, where they developed and implemented organizational programs and directed sourcing activities for cost reductions. Prior to that, Lorie worked at W.R.Grace as the Senior Procurement Operations Leader and Global Manager of Strategic Sourcing, overseeing large-scale procurement teams and managing relationships with C-suite leadership. Lorie also held leadership positions at BCD Meetings & Events, Colliers International, Symbol Technologies, Philips, and Entex Technologies Inc., where they demonstrated expertise in managing global teams, supplier engagements, and improving operational efficiencies.

Lorie R. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business & Marketing from Eastern Nazarene College and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Hospitality from Fisher College. Lorie also has additional certifications in Kaizen Process Improvement Method, Lean Six Sigma Process, Six Sigma Champion, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola Solutions.
