Mark Berger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark is currently the Vice President of Product and Program Management at Fluence since December 2023. Prior to this, they held roles at C3.ai as a Delivery Manager, where they managed project implementation of AI, data visualization, and CRM software for oil and gas and manufacturing, including the Baker Hughes account. Mark also served as the main liaison and trusted business advisor for the Baker Hughes account. Before that, Mark was the Co-Founder & Managing Director of NextGrid Technologies, a startup technical services company. Mark co-founded the company and built it to over 100 medium-to-large business clients across the US, managing over $675M in distributed grid assets. Mark also has experience at Standard Renewable Energy as a Hardware/Software Engineer, where they led and managed a team in the development, design, installation, and maintenance of solar systems and energy monitors. Additionally, they worked as a Hardware Design Engineer at Cisco, where they designed and developed processors for mid-range routers. Mark also has research experience as a Computer Systems Lab Research Assistant at Cornell University and worked as a Technology Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Mark Berger attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering.
