Natalia Lessa Bressan

Natalia Lessa Bressan has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Natalia began their career at Siemens in 2005 as an Export Sales Engineer, where they focused on selling power transformers and expanding Siemens' market share. Natalia later transitioned to the role of Product Business Development Manager, responsible for developing new business opportunities. In 2013, Natalia became a Business Development Manager, leading sales efforts in the West Region of the United States and consistently surpassing sales targets. In 2018, they were promoted to Vertical Market Manager, before joining Fluence in 2019 as Market Director. In this role, they helped the company overcome commercial and regulatory barriers in the energy storage industry. Currently, Natalia serves as the Managing Director Sales at Fluence, leading a team that focuses on providing battery storage solutions and spreading clean energy globally.

Natalia Lessa Bressan completed a degree in Control and Automation Engineering at Universidade Federal de Itajubá from 2001 to 2005. Natalia also attended Sandy Spring Friends School for high school.
