Pamela Grace Ona

Pamela Grace Ona has extensive experience in project scheduling and management within the engineering and compliance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Scheduling for the APAC region at Fluence since September 2025, Pamela has previously held roles including Head - APAC Scheduling Function and International Project Manager at Link Compliance, as well as various positions at BW Energy Services Pte. Ltd., Transfield Services Worley Parsons Ltd, Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company, and Keppel Shipyard Ltd. Throughout a career that began in 2006, Pamela has demonstrated expertise in project controls, cost management, and implementation planning, consistently ensuring project delivery aligned with client specifications and budgets. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Batangas State University.
