Steve Van Cott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steve started their career as an Assistant Department Head and Division Officer on the USS Columbia submarine, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and performed critical operations. After their naval service, Steve worked as an Assistant Project Manager in the Defense Liaison Division, overseeing supply chain management and government acquisition processes.
