Vinay Kumar Gurram

Vinay Kumar Gurram is an accomplished IT leader with a diverse experience spanning over 18 years in technology management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Fluence since May 2024, Vinay previously held the position of General Manager – IT at Page Industries Ltd, where responsibilities included leading digital transformation initiatives, managing the PMO, and overseeing the IT budget. Prior experience at Caterpillar India Private Limited involved managing SAP practices across multiple regions, where Vinay effectively directed large teams and multimillion-dollar projects. With expertise in SAP implementations and project management, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras, Vinay is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
