Cristina P. is a Latina leadership expert who founded the Latina Leadership Lab in 2020, dedicated to the development of Latina leaders. With a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, Cristina has focused her research on Latina leader identity development and has authored numerous scholarly publications on the subject. Currently, Cristina serves as a part-time Assistant Professor at National University and holds over 300 hours of coaching experience as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. Cristina's commitment to addressing injustices faced by the Latina community is evident in their work on the Steering Committee of the MANA de San Diego Leadership Development Program.
