Matt DeDiana

Matt DeDiana has a strong background in software engineering and web development. Matt is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Fluency Inc. since September 2018. Prior to that, they were a Consulting Software Engineer as a self-employed individual from March 2018 to September 2018.

From November 2015 to September 2018, Matt worked at Ellucian as a Lead Software Engineer. Matt played a key role in building web apps for colleges and universities, including their fastest-selling product. Matt also introduced a front-end architecture and build system, which resulted in speaking opportunities at user conferences. Matt collaborated with product owners, designers, and directors to improve the overall user experience of the company's portfolio.

In addition, Matt worked as a Web Developer at Ellucian from September 2010 to September 2018. Matt developed complex, data-driven web applications for students at higher education institutions and also created a RESTful web API to support the development of next-generation higher education software applications. Matt started their career at Ellucian as a Financial Aid Software Developer from June 2008 to September 2010.

Matt DeDiana attended Allegheny College from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
