Jamie Cairns

Jamie Cairns has over 20 years of experience in sales and commerce. Jamie is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Fluent Commerce, a company that provides smart technology for omni-channel retailers. Prior to their current role, Jamie served as the Commercial Director at Fluent Commerce from March 2015 to July 2016.

Before joining Fluent Commerce, Jamie was the Sales Director for Arantech in Australia and New Zealand from January 2010 to November 2011. Arantech is a provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) systems for communications service providers worldwide. During their time at Arantech, Jamie was responsible for managing the experience of an entire brand offering and providing a 360-degree view of all customers.

Jamie’s experience in sales and commerce has allowed their to develop a deep understanding of the needs of businesses and customers alike. As a result, they are able to create strategies that provide tangible benefits for both businesses and their customers.

Jamie Cairns has completed a leadership course at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and has a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Business/Commerce, General from Leeds Beckett University. Jamie also attended The Manchester Grammar School.
