Mark McGuinness

Mark McGuinness is an experienced professional in technology and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Cloud Operations at Fluent Commerce since March 2015, overseeing global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Client Support functions. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at ParcelPoint, Pactera, Westfield Limited, Campbell Arnott’s, Woolworths Limited, and State Street, where responsibilities spanned project management, solution delivery, and logistics. Mark's notable projects include managing the spinoff of Kimberly-Clark's healthcare business and implementing customized Point Of Sale solutions at Westfield's Australian Shopping Centres. Mark holds an MBA and a BA (Hons) in Accounting from Ulster University.
