Michael's extensive experience includes serving as Principal & Chief Strategist for Commerce & Digital Transformation at Perficient from May 2014 to November 2023, where leadership involved driving digital commerce and transformation strategies across various technologies. Before Perficient, Michael was Director & Chief Architect at Trifecta Technologies, Inc., and had a foundational role at IBM as a WebSphere Commerce Software Engineer/Architect from 2000 to 2008, contributing significantly to the development of innovative commerce solutions. Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
