Christina Felber, PMP, ITILv3

Christina Felber, PMP, ITILv3 has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies and roles. Starting in 1997 at McGraw-Hill Companies as a Senior Network Engineer, they managed LAN wire design and installation for frame relay and ISDN sites, supporting 2,500 end users. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at MCI as a Senior Sales Engineer, providing pre-sale support for key regional accounts and managing strategic account plans. At Vonage, they served as the Executive Response Team Manager, supervising a 40-member team and resolving 2,500 monthly complaints, and later as a Supervisor overseeing a 3-tier team for escalated issues. At ACN, they were a Call Center Manager focused on performance management and a Program Implementation Manager responsible for rollouts and process improvement. Their role at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from 2010 to 2015 involved being a Senior Consultant Complex Delivery and Senior Project Manager, handling product releases and supporting multiple departments. Currently, they are employed at Fluent Edgeworks, LLC as the Sr. Operations Support Director, overseeing the implementation and ongoing operational oversight of multiple supplier services/solutions and managing deployment plans for cloud infrastructure solutions.

Christina Felber has a strong education history with a focus on project management and IT. In 1990, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Science from Gwynedd Mercy University. From 1986 to 1989, they studied Satellite Microwave Communications at the US Army Signal Corp. In 2012, Christina received a Master's Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University. Additionally, in 2014, they completed a course in ITIL Capability: Release, Control and Validation from Global Knowledge.

In terms of certifications, Christina Felber obtained their PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2013. Christina also received a Masters Certification in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University in August 2012. In October 2011, they gained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
