Ricardo Suescun

Ricardo Suescun has extensive experience in the field of collections and account management. Ricardo worked at Fluent Home as an Account Creation Manager, where they were responsible for the creation of new accounts and collection operations. Ricardo managed collectors and oversaw the processes of a third-party collection agency. Prior to that, they worked at Security One as an Operation Manager, overseeing all operations including account management and customer support. Ricardo also managed a team of collection reps. Before that, Ricardo worked at Vivint as a Collection Manager, where they supervised collection operations and managed a team of collectors. Ricardo also reviewed and processed contracts. Their earlier experience includes working at Alarm One Inc as a Collection and Retention Manager, where they managed a collection team, maintained a high collection success rate, and handled the placement of delinquent accounts with a third-party agency.

Ricardo Suescun obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Montemorelos, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
