Risto Jalovaara is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a board member at Fluent Progress since July 2015, Risto has previously held significant leadership roles including Senior Advisor and CEO at Fastroi Oy from January 2004 to December 2023, and CEO at Arbonaut Ltd from 2000 to 2003. Risto's earlier career includes a position as Department Manager at Joensuun Puhelin Oy from 1995 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampere and an HHJ degree from Tampereen Kauppakamari, complemented by foundational studies at Joensuun Lyseon Lukio.

Our products enable diverse data collection through mobile devices as well as better decision making based on the data. Our clients operate mainly in road maintenance and sports venue maintenance. Fluent Kunto product line is the market leader in road and street maintenance in Finland. Our headquarters are located in Joensuu, Finland. Fluent Progress RT Oy is currently running a project called "Growth and internationalization of Fluent Progress RT Oy's products through the developing a competitive advantage in the digitalisation of road and railway construction and maintenance", which is co-funded by the European Union. The aim of this project is to develop new functionalities for the products so that customer needs and internationalization requirements can be met and the products are competitive in the selected markets, providing customers with superior customer benefits.
