Farrah Brensinger

User Experience Researcher at Fluent Research

Farrah is a User Experience Researcher at Fluent. She is passionate about designing products, services, and experiences that create a better quality of life and a brighter future for all. She leverages qualitative research methodologies to build empathy and provide data-driven, actionable recommendations.

Farrah has over eight years of experience in diverse sectors, including education, nonprofit, creative agency, and start-up environments. She has lived and worked abroad, both in China and the West Bank, teaching English as a second language and assisting with extracurricular educational activities for underserved populations. Prior to joining Fluent, Farrah was at Shimmy Technologies, contributing user research for the development of game-based training tools used in the manufacturing sector. In her free time, Farrah enjoys volunteering with Illimitable where she advocates for accessibility and inclusion in the tech landscape.

Farrah obtained her Master of Arts in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University. More recently, she earned a professional certificate from the Pratt Institute in UX/UI Mobile Design. She resides in New York City with her husband.
