Harsha Grandhi

Harsha Grandhi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and delivery, currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Delivery at Fluentgrid Limited since August 2016. In this role, Harsha manages various national and international Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects, overseeing the profitability and loss (P&L) of the AMI vertical. Previously, Harsha held roles as Senior Project Manager and PMO-Head, contributing to significant government initiatives and successful project implementations. Additional experience includes positions at Satco Capital Markets Ltd and Bonanza Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., focusing on digital marketing and online marketing strategies.
