Christian Backman

Christian Backman has a diverse work experience in various roles within the Flügger group A/S organization. Christian began their career in 1994 as a Shop-/Marketing assistant at Scala Färgindustri. Christian then joined HP Flügger AB as a Shop assistant in 1995 before transitioning to roles within Flügger Sverige, where they worked as a Product assistant, Product manager, Technical Service Manager, Sales Manager (Professional segment), and finally as a Back office-manager. In 2003, they joined Flügger group A/S as a Scandinavian product coordinator and later became a Product support Manager in 2009. From 2010 onwards, Christian has held various positions in Flügger group A/S, including Group Category Manager, Research and Insights manager, Process & Insights manager, Product manager Exterior paint, Product manager Exterior, Product manager, Export & Private label, KAM/Sales manager Export - Fiona wallpaper, and currently serves as a Product Manager, responsible for managing various product categories.

Christian Backman has a diverse educational background in leadership, market economics, and sales management. In 2007, they attended Alliator and pursued a degree in Ledarskap (Leadership). The same year, they gained expertise in the field of Ledarskap. From 2001 to 2003, Christian enrolled in Sensus diplomutbildningar and achieved a diploma in marknadsekonom (market economics), specializing in företagsekonomi (business economics). In 2002, they briefly studied at Företagsuniversitetet, focusing on Säljledning (sales management). Overall, Christian Backman has pursued education in various fields to enhance their skills and knowledge.
