Msc. Nikolaj Bak Håkansson

Nikolaj Bak Engmose Håkansson, MSc., serves as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Flügger group A/S since July 2021, focusing on month-end close activities, full P&L responsibility, and budget processes, while supporting various commercial entities and group functions. Previously, Nikolaj held roles as Finance Business Partner and Commercial Controller at RB from April 2018 to June 2021, overseeing marketing spend management and performance reviews. Nikolaj’s career began at Rejsekort A/S as a Business Controller from September 2012 to March 2018, managing financial and contractual tasks across departments. Nikolaj holds a Master of Science in International Business from Aarhus School of Business and has completed exchange programs at Rouen Business School and the University of Ottawa.
