Daniel Ammann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are the Head of Commercial Cleaning at Flughafen Zürich AG, where they lead a team of over 300 employees responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the airport.
Prior to this, Ammann was the Co-Founder of Shareline GmbH, a role in which they provided strategic guidance and helped the company grow and stabilize.
Daniel also held positions at Avaloq Outline AG, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Leader of Business Operation Solutions. In this role, they managed operations, infrastructure, and operations procurement, leading a team of 5 department leaders and up to 40 employees.
Before that, Ammann worked at Swiss Post Solutions as a Production Manager, responsible for managing production sites, leading teams, and overseeing finances, recruitment, and IT. Daniel also served as a Project Manager and Teamleader during their tenure there.
Daniel'searly career includes roles at SBB CFF FFS, where they served as a Projektleiter, Teamleiter, Fachspezialist, and Zugverkehrsleiter, responsible for various aspects of train operations and project management.

- From 2001 to 2004, they attended Berufsbildungszentrum Weinfelden, where they earned a degree in Kaufmann.
- In 2008 and 2009, they studied at BVS Business-School and obtained a diploma as a diplomierter Wirtschaftsfachmann VSK, specializing in Organisation, Projektmanagement, and Führung.
- Starting in 2019 and ending in 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Digital Transformation - Digital Leadership at Middlesex University.
- Also in 2019, they began an Executive Master of Business Administration program at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, focusing on Digital Business And Transformation. Daniel completed this program in 2022.
