Urs E Herzig is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in passenger services and airport management. Since March 2013, Urs E Herzig has served as the Head of Passenger Services at Flughafen Zürich AG, overseeing VIP Service, Family Service, and the Transit Hotel, as well as managing protocol and commercial VIP services.
