Elodie Beaupeux

Elodie Beaupeux currently serves as a Process Engineer at Fluid Air since September 2020, where responsibilities include comparing drying processes for DHA oil microencapsulation and participating in laboratory trials related to innovative electrostatic spray drying technology. Prior experience includes an internship in the Production Department at SARVAL OUEST, where Elodie elaborated a manual for agrofood processes focusing on production, quality, and safety. Additionally, an internship at Lydall Thermal/Acoustical contributed to improving the reliability of an automated line for car heat shields, including establishing a machinery FMDEA to identify weaknesses in critical equipment. Elodie holds an Engineer's degree in Process and Bioprocess from Polytech Nantes and has a strong educational background in natural sciences from Lycée Camille Guérin and Lycée Léonce Vieljeux.
