Lucho Patiño

Lucho Patiño is a software engineer with experience in software development, teaching, technical support engineering, and junior engineering. Lucho began their career in 2017 as a Junior Engineer at GTA Colombia, where they were in charge of programming resources and activities, managing construction teams, calculating work quantities, and creating proposals to succeed with the schedule. In 2019, they joined SGS Colombia as a Technical Support Engineer, where they designed and built simple data pipelines to extract information from the main system and deliver valuable data to the company's customers. In 2021, they began working at Inspyra as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining a web app made from scratch using Angular and Django and deploying it on a VPS. The web app has since reached its MVP status and become a fully new start-up participating in funding processes as Wimino. Later that same year, they worked at Torre as a Software Developer, where they created a Screening Questions Scrapper with an alternative approach and led a team of three developers for the research, planning, and development of the project. Lucho is currently employed at Fluid Attacks as a Software Engineer.

Lucho Patiño has a diverse educational background. Lucho obtained a Software Developer degree from Holberton School from 2020 to 2021, and a Civil Engineering Engineer's degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Platzi, such as a Curso Básico de JavaScript, Curso de Asincronismo con JavaScript, Curso de Gestión de Dependencias y Paquetes con NPM, Curso de Python Intermedio, Curso de Introducción a la Terminal y Línea de Comandos, Curso de POO y Algoritmos con Python, Curso de Introducción al Pensamiento Computacional con Python, Curso Básico de Python, Curso de Introducción a C 2019, Curso de Pensamiento Lógico, and Curso de Python 2019, as well as an EF SET from EF International Language Campuses.
