Andrew Mah

Andrew Mah is a Biomedical Engineer and Technical Specialist at Fluid Biomed Inc., with previous experience as a Technical Advisor and Co-Captain for SUBC - UBC's Submarine Design Team. In these roles, Andrew led a management group, fostered community inclusivity during the COVID-19 pandemic, and oversaw the design and manufacturing of a structural frame for a human-powered submarine. Andrew also has experience in mechanical test engineering at Kardium Inc., community development consulting with AssistList Association, and mechanical engineering internship at L.B. Foster Company. Additionally, Andrew engaged in STEM outreach as a Spring and Summer Instructor at the University of Calgary, and served as an Ice Skating Instructor with the City of Calgary. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
