Terri Anderson has extensive experience in the field of validation and customer support, currently serving as a Validation Specialist at ENV Services since 2017. Prior to this role, Terri worked in field service positions at Fluid Management and IDEX-Fluid Management from 2000 onwards. Additionally, Terri has a strong background in technical support as a Senior Customer Field Engineer at Xerox Corporation from June 1981 to March 2000. Terri holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix (2011-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Kennesaw State University (1996-1998).
