Mitchell Drohan

Mitchell Drohan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mitchell started their career at General Electric in 2011 as an Engineering Co-op, where they gained practical experience in the field. In 2012, they joined Guelph Hydro Electric Systems Inc. as an Engineering Technologist. During their time there, they worked on automating the drawing of 3D design documents and maintaining a database of components and designs for a local power distribution grid. In 2016, Mitchell worked at Mohawk College as a Junior Software Engineer, where they wrote web components using AngularJS and created automated test scripts for a single page web application. Currently, Mitchell works as a Web Developer at Fluid Media Inc., where they create single page web applications using Vue.js and refactors code to adhere to SOLID principles.

Mitchell Drohan attended McMaster University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Software Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Georgian College from 2008 to 2011, earning a degree as an Electrical Engineering Technologist with a focus on Electrical Engineering.
