Crystal Allen

Crystal Allen is an experienced professional with a background in supply chain management and customer service. Currently serving as Vendor Performance Manager at Fluid Quip Technologies, LLC since September 2021, Crystal previously held roles as a Buyer at Archer Daniels Midland Company and as a Supply Management Specialist at John Deere, where responsibilities included managing purchasing decisions and supplier selection. Earlier experience includes positions at Dillard's Inc. as a Business Manager, managing sales and training, and various customer service roles at the YMCA and Studley Park Boathouse. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate’s Degree from Kirkwood Community College, along with ongoing studies at RMIT University.
