Monika Weber

With multiple patents and a PhD in Microelectronics from Yale University, Monika Weber is both the face and the brains at Fluid-Screen. Her nine years’ experience in manufacturing, leadership skills, technical expertise, creativity and business acumen make her the strongest possible leader and scientist for Fluid-Screen. Her various awards include the Grand Prize in the NASA “Create The Future” Design Contest 2011, the CIMIT award from Primary Care as well as Yale’s Sobotka Research Awards.

Thanks to her hands-on approach, Monika is involved in all aspects of the company: decision-making, research and product development, funding, marketing and management.
