Kamil Kaan Karagoz

Kamil Kaan Karagoz is a seasoned professional in engineering and product development with extensive experience in the plumbing and automotive industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager for EMEA Engineering and Product Development at Fluidmaster, Inc. since March 2017, Kamil oversees engineering teams across multiple countries, including Slovenia, the Netherlands, Turkey, and the UK. Previously, Kamil founded the innovative mobile application "Ödüllü Reklamlar," and held a leadership role at Ford Otosan, leading the development of various diesel engine systems and acting as a liaison for global suppliers. Early career experience includes serving as Product Development Lead Engineer at AGTEKS, contributing to the creation of the first yarn twisting machine. Kamil holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marmara University, complemented by foundational education at Izmir Fen Lisesi.
