Melissa Penfield

Melissa Penfield has extensive work experience in information technology and applications management. Melissa has held leadership positions at several companies, including Fluidmaster, Inc, where they served as Director of Information Technology and Global IT Director, Applications Support. In these roles, Melissa was responsible for overseeing ERP implementations, maintenance, support, development, and upgrades, as well as project management, resource management, help desk support, and vendor management. Melissa also has experience in board leadership and volunteer positions, such as serving as President of the Southern California User Group. Prior to that, Melissa worked at Majestic Realty Co. as Senior Director of Business Systems and at Amgen Inc. as a Business Analyst. Their expertise includes Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and SAP's BPC systems. Melissa began their career at Deloitte and JD Edwards World Solutions Co. as a Financial Applications Consultant. Overall, they have a strong background in managing applications, implementing IT systems, and overseeing various IT functions.

Melissa Penfield obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics. Melissa has also received certifications as a BetterCloud Certified Administrator from BetterCloud in November 2021 and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in January 2006.
