Previously, Dan held the position of Account Manager at G4S from January 2008 to January 2009 and worked as a Business Analyst at Cellular Design Services from April 2005 to January 2008. Additionally, Dan began a career in sales as a Sales Consultant at BT Wholesale from January 2004 to April 2005. Educationally, Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Brighton and is certified in ITIL v3 for Service Management and Service Transition from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
