Jesse Bolane

Jesse Bolane has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in the engineering and product development field. Jesse'smost recent role is as the Director of Engineering - Hydraulics, Heat, and Specialty Products at Fluidra North America, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering - Hydraulics and Specialty Products at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Jesse was also the Engineering Manager - Hydraulics, responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing pump, filter, and valve product lines, from 2017 to 2022.

Before joining Fluidra North America, Jesse worked as the Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) at Advanced Southern Technologies, a contract manufacturer in Mexico, from 2015 to 2017. Jesse's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Development Engineer at Acushnet Company from 2008 to 2010, where they collaborated with supplier partners in Asia to develop golf club products. Jesse also implemented project management philosophies within the R&D group.

Before that, Jesse worked at Callaway Golf Co. from 2000 to 2008, serving as a Principal Product Engineer and Process Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for the technical soundness and manufacturability of new golf club products, as well as the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.

Jesse Bolane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Jesse pursued a Masters in Business Administration at California State University San Marcos. Additionally, Jesse obtained a certification in "Coaching and Developing Employees" from LinkedIn in the year 2023.
