Larry Bourassa

Larry Bourassa is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and project engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Value Improvement Project Engineer at Fluidra North America since February 2019, Larry focuses on enhancing cost and quality in product categories through project identification and development. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineering Manager and Principal Mechanical Engineer at Nortek Security & Control LLC, where Larry managed design teams and oversaw product development for security-related items. With additional experience at Sony Electronics in project management and design roles, and a background in medical device engineering at Parker Hannifin, Larry has developed expertise in product design, process improvement, and team leadership. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
