Mike Reeves

Mike Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of IT & Data for North America at Fluidra North America since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Intuit as the Finance Production Support Group Manager from July 2017 to August 2018. Preceding that, Mike worked at Caterpillar Inc. in various positions such as Project Specialist, Engineering Technical Services Manager, Engineering Systems and Process Manager, Integrated Product Information (IPI) Deployment Champion and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, Reliability Program Manager, Project Management Process Architect, Project Manager, Product Account Manager, Senior Design Engineer, and Co-op Engineer, from 1987 to 2017. Mike also had a co-op engineering experience at General Motors from May 1983 to August 1986.

Mike Reeves earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with concentrations in Mechanical Design and System Dynamics from Bradley University in the period from 1982 to 1987. In addition, they have acquired various certifications throughout their career, including Smarter Note-Taking with Microsoft 365 and Using Microsoft Teams and Outlook Together: Maximizing Productivity, obtained from LinkedIn in 2023. Mike also holds certifications in Leading Virtual Meetings and Managing Virtual Teams from LinkedIn in 2020, as well as a SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017. Furthermore, they have obtained the Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications from Caterpillar Inc. in 2005 and 2003, respectively.
