Esther Ruiz van Haperen

Esther Ruiz van Haperen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Southern Europe and the Nordics at Leviat since May 2024, Esther previously worked at Fluke Corporation as a Sr. HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing in EMEA, where effective HR partnership and talent management were key drivers for commercial success. Esther also held positions as Regional HR Manager for Southern Europe at Fluke, Group HR Director EMEA at Foseco, and HR Manager International at Heerema Marine Contractors. With a strong foundation in HR operations, Esther has held numerous roles at Itron, Jensun, and Adviesbureau Personeelszaken Begeleiding APB. Esther holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Labour Law from the University of Limburg.
