Neal Nowick

VP, Global Operations at Fluke

Neal Nowick is the Vice President of Global Operations at Fluke. Prior to this, they were the General Manager and Managing Director at Continental Biomass Industries - A Terex Brand from May 2016 to September 2019. There, they were responsible for the manufacturing of industrial wood and waste processing equipment. Neal was also the P&L owner and global business leader. From February 2012 to May 2016, Neal was the General Manager and Managing Director at Terex Corporation, where they oversaw the construction equipment business, including a range of backhoe loaders, site dumpers, and compaction rollers. This business is now owned by Mecalac S.A.S. Prior to Terex, Neal held the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing Global Strategy at Genie – a Terex brand from October 1998 to February 2012. There they were responsible for aerial work lifts and platforms used in construction, maintenance, warehouse stocking, and equipment installation.

Neal Nowick obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

They are on a team with Anne Ensminger - Vice President, Human Resources, Kathryn Sweers - Vice President & General Counsel, Legal, and Fred Michel - Vice President, Business Operations. Neal Nowick reports to Jason Waxman, President.
