Theodore Brillhart

Theodore Brillhart is an accomplished technology director with extensive experience in engineering and management. Since June 2008, Theodore has led a team of senior and principal engineers at Fluke Corporation, focusing on technology investigation, new product design, and development of global industry standards, with involvement in SCTE and IEEE 802. Prior to this role, Theodore served as technology manager at GE Security, specializing in digital video recording equipment and software development for the security industry, and held the position of senior engineering manager at Acterna Corporation, concentrating on embedded systems and software for telecommunications and cable TV markets. Theodore's earlier experience includes roles as a senior hardware design engineer at Apollo International Inc. and as an engineer/manager at Quarterdeck. Theodore earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida from 1987 to 1991.
