Luis Gonzalez has a long and varied career in the technology industry. In 2010, they took on the role of IT Support Technician for FirstService Residential New York, followed by Network Operations Team Lead and Information Technology Manager for WeWork in 2012. In 2015, they worked as Technical Support Engineer for BetterCloud, Network Operations Center for Vultr, and both Director of Information Technology and Datacenter Operations Manager for Pilot. In 2018, they volunteered for Formula E Holdings, and in 2019 they were a Sr. Manager of Network Operations, Delivery & Support for Louis Vuitton. Most recently, in 2020, they became Director Network Engineering for Flume.
Luis Gonzalez attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2009 to 2011, studying Telecommunications Engineering. Luis obtained certifications from Jamf in March 2018, Google in September 2015, Zendesk in August 2013, Juniper Networks in July 2013, Microsoft in September 2012, The Technical Institute of America in February 2012, Technical Career Institutes in August 2011 for N+, and Technical Career Institutes in April 2011 for A+.
