Alex Melgar

Alex Melgar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural design and management. Currently serving as a Principal Design Engineer at Fluor Corporation since October 2023, Melgar previously held the position of Principal Structural Engineer at T.Y. Lin International from March 2020 to August 2023. Prior roles include Senior Associate at Walter P Moore, Department Manager for Structures at H2M architects + engineers, and Senior Project Manager at Dewberry. Melgar's notable projects include serving as Project Manager for the Tocumen International Airport Roof Structure and client liaison for the Caracas-Guatire Rail Project while at T.Y.
