Anand Nicodemus

Anand Nicodemus serves as the Global Director & Fellow for Lean Design & Construction at Fluor Corporation since March 2018, focusing on enhancing the company's Lean execution capacity and aligning it with strategic priorities. Additionally, Anand has been a Lean Sensei with Lean Practitioners Canada since September 2013, promoting Lean Strategy Deployment and mentoring leaders in public service to improve service delivery. Previously, Anand held a similar role at the City of Calgary from April 2012 to March 2018, coaching leaders and staff in Lean Management practices. At SMART Technologies, Anand worked as a Lean Operational Improvement Specialist from September 2010 to May 2012, where initiatives focused on Lean Strategy Deployment to enhance market competitiveness. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager role at Claritas Consulting, leading transformational consulting engagements. Anand holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology from Bangalore University, completed in December 1986.
