Carlo Tiangsing

Carlo Tiangsing is a seasoned Project Manager at Fluor Corporation, with experience spanning from December 2019 to the present, overseeing detailed engineering and construction for a multibillion-dollar Utilities Infrastructure Offsite Project for BASF in China.
