David Kelly

David Kelly possesses extensive experience in quality control and assurance within the construction and welding industries. Currently serving as Quality Control Manager at Thompson Construction Group, Inc. since October 2018, David also holds a position as QC/QA Welding Inspector at Fluor Corporation since January 2018, focusing on weld testing across various crafts. Previously, David has undertaken roles such as certified welding inspector/pipe welder and Level II Quality Inspector at WESTEC Staffing Services and PMQS, respectively, where responsibilities included pre-inspection meetings and verification of fabrication documents. David's early career includes QA/QC work at Performance Contracting, Inc. with expertise in nuclear source inspection and various structural welding inspections. David graduated from Seminole High School in 1969.
