Elizabeth Horwitz possesses extensive experience in procurement and contracts management, having held key roles across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Procurement and Contracts Lead/Contract Manager at Fluor Corporation since September 2018, Elizabeth has been involved in overseeing procurement and contract management for international projects in the Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Contracts Manager for Major Projects and Senior Contract and Sourcing Specialist at AltaLink from March 2014 to May 2017. Additionally, Elizabeth worked at Fluor Canada Ltd from May 2005 to 2013 as Procurement and Contract Lead/Contract Manager, further solidifying expertise in contract management within the industry.
