Humberto De La Garza is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the heavy construction and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Fluor Corporation, Humberto leads an international team to manage procurement operations for large-scale projects. Previously, at Parsons Corporation, significant roles included Senior Manager of Procurement and Subcontracts for North America, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and execution for critical infrastructure projects, and Senior Contract Manager, overseeing commercial relations and legal matters with key clients. Prior experience includes a tenure as Contract Manager at Jacobs, where Humberto was involved in the New International Airport project in Mexico City, as well as positions focused on procurement and logistics at Gas Natural Fenosa and ICA FLUOR DANIEL. Humberto holds an MBA from IPADE Business School and an engineering degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
